If anything is ever less than perfect, we want to know immediately. You may ask for Michelle Conway, our childrens director or email her with any concerns or suggestions by clicking her name.. We genuinely want you to have a 5 star experience in our children’s department and we will do whatever it takes to exceed your expectations. When you arrive as a guest, we will ask you to fill out an informational card prior to placing your child in one of our two nurseries or into our exciting Jr. Church program. If you would like, you may fill out your information now using our online CHILD REGISTRATION button above so we are prepared for your children before you arrive! Just click the button and it will take you to a form. Once you fill it out and click submit, we will receive it and your registration process on Sunday morning will be much quicker and easier!
Our nursery program is staffed with an experienced team of regular workers who have heart for loving your kids. We take caring for your children seriously, and we want it to be a fantastic experience for both you and your pride and joy!
Your child can expect to have a minimum of one experienced worker to every 4 babies aged 0-1, and one experienced worker to every 5 toddlers ages 2-4. If you have any questions about the safety or staffing of our department, please let our director know immediately.
While in our care your toddler will receive a basic peanut free snack of goldfish, cheerios, or crackers and water. (You may always choose to send an alternate snack). Each child’s diaper will be checked at check-in and again prior to pick up. At drop off, each family is assigned a number or a pager for their children. The number will appear on our video screen if we need to page you for any reason.
The same check-in procedure is used for every child and we strongly encourage everyone who is able to use our online children's registration button at the top of this page.
Jr. Church is designed to the best hour of your child’s entire week. It is our goal that each and every child leaves each week extremely excited and ready to come back for more. When you arrive you will find our fun and noisy staff playing games with children in the Jr. Church area with great music playing in the background. Games begin at 10:15 AM and give kids and staff a chance to get to know one another. At 10:30 our program begins and includes incredible music, videos, stories, snacks, puppets, games and more! This program will end at 11:30 AM, and our staff will continue to play games and interact with your children until 11:45 AM. If for some reason you get caught up after the adult program and cannot make it by 11:45, please ask a friend or East Coast staff member to let our children’s staff know and we will be sure your child is given the best of care!
